About the role
Every RELLO engagement starts with a deep dive. Before we design a campaign or write a page, we learn the company, the buyer, and the value, and we find where efficient acquisition actually lives. This role owns that work.
You’ll spend your first weeks on a client inside their market: interviewing the sales team, reading lost-deal notes, talking to customers, and working out how a utility, a health system or a homeowner really makes the decision. Then you’ll write it down in a way the CEO, the sales team and our own builders can all use.
Our clients sell technical products on long cycles, often to buying committees. The positioning you write becomes the foundation for everything else we build, so it has to be right and it has to be plain.
What you’ll do
We don’t need competitors to steal ideas from. We need people who understand the market better than anyone in it.

What working here is like
RELLO is a small team in Salt Lake City and Chicago. We work on hard markets with long sales cycles, and we measure our work on pipeline and revenue. We start every engagement by understanding the market before building anything, and we stay with clients after the build is done.
You’ll work directly with the people running each client relationship, and your work will be visible to the client from the first week.
